Buffalo are so wonderful. Some people call them bison. Some snobby people will try claim that "buffalo" is incorrect. Ask them what animal Bullwinkle is? When they say "moose" explain the correct British term is "elk". Then ask them if they think red-breasted thrushes are actually robins. Finally tell them that you prefer the more colloquial "buffler".
